Who are we?

Established family business since 2005. Ornella comes from an old fashioned Sicilian family, her husband, Nicolas is French from the region of Poitou-Charantes. Nicolas is a Michelin Guide Chef working for the finest European restaurants and Ornella worked as a nursery teacher at the village school, Coulombiers until they decided to start up their own business and moved back to the UK in 2003.

Our first British based stall was especially opened and launched by Wolves legend player, Derek Doogan.
